1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website or engaging physiotherapy or psychotherapy services with Synchrony, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. WEBSITE INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Information provided on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for individual assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified physiotherapist or psychotherapist.
3. CLINICAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Physiotherapy and psychotherapy outcomes vary between individuals. Treatment plans are tailored to individual needs, and no guarantees of outcomes or results are made.
4. APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND CANCELLATIONS
A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking for head, neck, and jaw initial appointments.
The deposit is applied toward the cost of your appointment.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may attract additional fees.
5. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Fees for physiotherapy and psychotherapy services are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Secure third-party payment platforms may be used.
6. TELEHEALTH TERMS
When engaging in telehealth physiotherapy or psychotherapy sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a private, safe, and appropriate environment. Technical interruptions or limitations may occur.
7. CLINICAL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION
Synchrony maintains physiotherapy and psychotherapy clinical records in accordance with AHPRA and PACFA standards. Digital systems and AI-assisted transcription tools may be used to support documentation. Patients may opt out of AI-assisted transcription at any time.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, educational materials, and resources are the intellectual property of Synchrony unless otherwise stated.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synchrony’s liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
11. VARIATION OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
