General Physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal & Functional Rehab

Sessions blend skilled assessment, education, manual therapy, and movement-based rehabilitation with a strong focus on self-management, function, and return to what matters to you.

Jaw, Head & Neck Physiotherapy

TMJ Disorder & Orofacial Pain

For people experiencing jaw pain, clenching, headaches, tinnitus, clicking, chewing difficulty,

neck pain, and tension, this service offers specialist orofacial physiotherapy grounded in evidence-based techniques. Sessions include gentle intraoral and extraoral manual therapy, targeted movement re-training, education on contributing factors (like breathing, sleep, stress, and posture), and collaboration with dentists, ENTs, oral specialists and psychologists where needed.

Movement & Mind Integrated Physiotherapy

Cognitive Functional Therapy-Inspired

Designed for people experiencing chronic or complex pain that hasn’t responded to conventional care. This service combines physical rehabilitation with behavioural insight to help you break free from the cycle of pain, fear, and avoidance.

Inspired by the work of Professor Peter O’Sullivan and Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT), it integrates movement retraining with values-based and brain-informed strategies to support long-term change.

Rather than trying to "fix" a structure, this approach helps you build safety and confidence in your body again—reconnecting you with meaningful movement and life.
