Cognitive Functional Therapy-Inspired
Designed for people experiencing chronic or complex pain that hasn’t responded to conventional care. This service combines physical rehabilitation with behavioural insight to help you break free from the cycle of pain, fear, and avoidance.
Inspired by the work of Professor Peter O’Sullivan and Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT), it integrates movement retraining with values-based and brain-informed strategies to support long-term change.
Rather than trying to "fix" a structure, this approach helps you build safety and confidence in your body again—reconnecting you with meaningful movement and life.
